A fifth-generation family farm, revitalized by husband and wife team , Zachary and Nicole Mezeske, in Bear Lake, Michigan, growing chemical-free food for our rural community and making sure it gets to everyone who needs it. Through our self-serve farmstand, the Elberta Farmers Market, and partnerships with local markets, food pantries and schools, we're closing the gap between growing good food and getting it onto people's tables.

For us, farming is community work. Beyond the fields, Nicole's involvement in local arts and the Manistee Area Racial Justice Initiative reflects the same belief: healthy, connected communities and healthy food systems grow together.
